Draft in plain language, written to match how the app actually works. It is not legal advice: have it reviewed before opening to real users.
These are the rules for using Nexjob. By creating an account you accept them.
What this service is
Nexjob is a place where people offering remote tech services and people looking for them can find each other and talk. Any agreement is made between those two people: we are not a party to it, we do not perform the work, and we do not guarantee its quality. The service is run by Francesco Reale, a private individual based in Naples, Italy; contact: realefrancesco149@gmail.com.
Who can sign up
Anyone aged 18 or over, using truthful details. One person, one account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.
What you publish
You are responsible for your services, your requests and your messages. Do not publish anything illegal, misleading, or that you have no right to offer. Prices must be honest: no bait figures meant only to appear cheaper in the results.
How to behave
No harassment, insults, discrimination or repeated unwanted messages. No mass advertising. Reviews must reflect real experiences: writing false reviews, or asking others to write them, is grounds for removal.
Payments
At the moment payment happens outside the platform, directly between the two people, who agree the terms between themselves. In-app payment with a platform fee is planned for a later phase: when it arrives it will be announced clearly, and these terms will be updated before it applies.
When we can intervene
We can remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, particularly after reports from other users. Where possible we will explain why.
Limits of our responsibility
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or that it will be free of faults. We are not responsible for the work agreed between users, nor for money exchanged outside the platform.
Closing your account
You can delete your account whenever you want from your profile. Doing so removes your data as described in the privacy notice.
Changes to these terms
If these rules change in a way that matters, we will say so inside the app before the change takes effect.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Italian law, and the courts of Naples, Italy have jurisdiction. This does not take away consumer protections: if you use Nexjob as a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings before the courts of the country where you live, and the protections its law gives you.
